Les nombreuses crises \u2013 d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique, crise sanitaire, crise \u00e9conomique, d\u00e9stabilisation internationale par la guerre en Ukraine \u2013 ont pour effet d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les tendances initi\u00e9es et demandent au service des Ressources Humaines d\u2019\u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accompagner cette acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration.\n<br ><br >\nAu c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Direction des Ressources Humaines ou de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019entreprise, le\/la Manager des Ressources Humaines pilote le capital humain.
